Eddie "Klutch" Mangan, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Soul Tree Sounds, has proven himself as a creative musical force.

Mangan, along with friend and collaborator Nate "Phonix" Hammond, initially created the music production company Paradox Productionz in 2002.  With just a few bucks in their pockets, and some lofty goals in their minds, the duo hustled, scrimped, and saved to build a small sound studio.

Some magic happened in that little studio.

Since 2002, Mangan has created over 200 original compositions, some of which have grown into full-fledged songs, produced by the Paradox team and performed regularly at Paradox headlined shows up and down the Willamette Valley.  Some compositions have been provided to other artists as fodder for their own creative juices.  Others are included here at Soul Tree Sounds, waiting to bring the right project to life.

Originally inspired by the hip-hop sounds of the late '90's and early new millenium, Mangan has grown his creative prowess to include scores that run a wide style gamut.  From the original hip-hop flavor, to soul, rock, and trance, Mangan incorporates his appreciation of other cultures with his own down-home Oregon style.
